Dubbel cleansing (rengöring)

Varför är dubbel cleansing / rengöring så viktigt i hudvård?

Många undrar varför trenden är att man ska göra två steg.
Räcker inte tvål och vatten som för resten av kroppen, vem tvättar två gånger?
Vad är skillnaden mellan en oljebaserad och en vattenbaserad?

En rengöringsolja, balsam eller micellar vatten bryter ner smink, solskyddsfaktor, talg (sebum) och föroreningar (luft) som ligger på huden yta. Men efter det första steget är det viktigt med en vattenbaserad rengöring för att tränga in och ta bort svett, bakterier och gamla hudceller.

Våra ansikten får ta emot och stå emot det mesta, mycket vi inte tänker på. Vår kropp är täckt med kläder, strumpor och skor. Vi skrubbar gärna fötter och kropp men få skrubbar ansiktet. Dels för att många produkter som finns på marknaden kan skada huden mer än att hjälpa! Någon av er har kanske testat en eller två produkter, framförallt under tonåren.
De säljs som ansiktsskrubb men kan tränga in så djupt att det skadar huden! Så var noggran när du köper dina produkter.


Ska jag dubbelrengöra morgon och kväll?
Nej, det räcker med kvällen. På morgonen använd en vattenbaserad, gärna en som återställer PH värdet. Om du tvättar för mycket kan det leda till torrhet, känslighet och irritation.


Om jag inte använder smink, måste jag använda en oljecleanser?
Absolut. Inte ett måste men... även om du inte använder smink behöver du en oljecleanser för att ta bort talg, SPF och föroreningar. En vattenbaserad rengöring kan inte avlägsna dessa föroreningar.


Är dyrt bra?
Inte alltid, det finns många produkter som inte är bra fast att de är dyra.


Är billigt bra?
Det är inget fel med billiga produkter, samma som ovan..det finns många produkter som inte är bra.


Vad ska jag köpa?
Utgå från din hudtyp, många produkter är framtagna efter ens hudtyp - normal, kombination, torr eller fet.


Hur påverkar dubbelrengöring akne?
Oljerengöring tar försiktigt bort oljor och föroreningar i ansiktet som kan täppa till porer, vilket leder till akne/breakouts. Om du ofta behandlar akne kommer dubbelrengöring göra skillnad.


Jag har fet hy (oljig). Varför behöver jag använda en oljerengöring?
En oljerengöring tar försiktigt bort överskott av talg och hjälper till att balansera din hud vilket förhindrar överskott av talgproduktion. På lång sikt kommer du se skillnad över hur glansig din hy blir.

REVIEW to follow in a month or so as I have fully tried the product...

It's Skin is a brand in Korea I usually pass by. I think I have picked up one or two items from them before but nothing special. It's not that popular among Korean friends either. But recently I have taken an interest in their Power 10 Formula series. There are now 13 versions though ^^
I have even seen it being sold in Sweden, but WAY more expensive. In Korea you can get it for 10 USD and in Sweden almost 25 USD. I picked up the Power 10 Formula  LI Effector.
So what does this one do?

The description says: A concentrated brightening facial serum for dull skin Enriched with Licorice extract for effective brightening properties Helps lighten freckles, dark spots and other discolorations Promotes skin metabolism and reduces production of melanin Unveils a softer, clearer, more radiant, soothed and even-toned complexion Dermatologist-tested.

I bought it from Korea and when I got it I also got samples for the other ones. However as I read the details, this is the one I feel is THE one I need for the moment. I have used it for a few days now, I cannot see a HUGE difference. But my skin feels a bit calmer. I'm going through a test where I have changed some of my items, some better than others so I'll see as I continue to use to see a full effect.

How to use: After cleansing & toning, take a few drops on palms and rub together to warm the serum. Pat palms on face until serum is fully absorbed. Follow with cream or moisturizer

[체리블라썸 페스티벌 KIT02] 달콤한 말린 벚꽃 솜사탕

I saw this on their FB page and I fell in love with it.

I went online to buy it. Once I finally got it I was kinda pissed off, No pouch came!!

That was one of the reasons, I mean it looks cute and would be of use!

I also like the whole cherry blossom theme, I got the pink version as I think those colours fit me better.

The eye shadows as usual is not that pigmented but when being mixed you can build a great look. The lipstick has a very nice colour but my lips needs more moisture. I think I need to fix my lips..haha 

They are so dry. I hope it will be better as spring comes.

KLAIRS Supple Preparation Facial Toner

This product has been highly raved so I picked up a few in Korea last year. it has also won the Sokoglam Best of K-beauty.
It's said that this product is to remove excess dirt and sebum while restoring pH balance. Amino acids reduce irritation and provide deep hydration.

I used a whole bottle now and I don't know.
Compare to other tones, this was the best so far, but then I heard it could cause rash and redness and I have had a bit of that so I'm not sure if that has to do with my skintype. Or if it's because of another product. I need to evaluate. I now changed to another product so will see if there are any changes to fully understand if it's the toner or not. What I liked was that a little goes a long way and the bottle lasted for 1,5 months I believe.
I will continue to evaluate...but for now I'm in the middle.
I'd like to try the new one with out the oils, I think those could be why my skin causes to be red.

For normal, dry, combination and sensitive skin types.

I begged my husband to make me kimbap (Seaweed rolls)... no no sushi!

I bought all ingredients and he made, why you might wonder.

He roll them better than me..hahahah

라비오뜨 코드덤 캡슐 클렌징 워터

Last year I picked up a few of these - Capsule Cleansing Water from Labiotte. I love the bottle, it looks like a pill... haha 

And I like the functionality of it, you press and it comes out, very convenient using a cotton pad.

I'm not sure if this is as revolutionary compare to similar products I have used.

This one comes in three different versions - Hydration, Clearing and Gentle.

This one is the gentle one, I have used half a bottle so far and I also have the hydration. I look forward to see if there are any differences.

I fell for this skirt with pants inside. It'd be perfect for the upcoming late Spring / Summer season!

My mother in law sent me a text the other day asking if she should ship stuff I already ordered to their house or if I wanted to buy some more. I did take up on the offer and I could this backpack to a very good price.

It's the backpack shown on many sites, it's smart and also more protective against pick picketers as it's not as "open". As it was so affordable I decided to buy ^^

I hope it is good, I cannot wait to try ^^

Ballet pumps - Rose

I passed by a shoe store the other day in Switzerland and I saw these.

To note everything is expensive in this country so I went back to the hotel and looked up the price at home. To my surprise they were cheaper in Switzerland!!!!! Not a lot but still ^^

I really liked them and would match my new skirt I bought, will post later...
