만두/餃子

Today I decided to make mandoo/gyoza/dumplings for lunch.
So after my work out at the gym I got started.

I mixed minced meat, ginger, green leek and leaf spinach... I bought the dough at my local super market. it's easy to make but it's cheap to buy and well...already round and perfect so ^^



I tried both to fry and cook it, you see I prefere cooked ones but my brother likes fried ones so I made both.. ^^
I cooked or boiled mine in bouillion - dashi powder ^^ to get some extra taste ;)

Looks nice right?
The taste was.... AWESOME ^^
