얼음들 (가사)

I kinda fulfilled my promise, I have done an attempt to translate the lyrics for Akdong Musician's song 얼음들 (Melted).

It's was a bit tricky because the words in English doesn't really convey the Korean ones.

Anyway, it's okay I think, I have tried to make it whole and not word by word.

Example of translation: 따뜻한 = means warm, as in mild kind of warm, not hot. Therefore, I think both mild and warm can be used.

나올텐데 / Na ol ten de = means to come out/appear/brought out. But for the context of the song I have just translated, there would be a more mild/warmer song,

And, 그렇게 gukeoke/kureoke= the 그 ku/gu refers to "that", however as it's the ice it refers to I have just used "the", why is the ice so cold.

The blue ocean that the red sun used to wash its face has turned black
구름 비바람 오가던 하얀 하늘 회색 빛들고
Clouds, Rain, What used to be a white sky has turned gray

맘속에 찾아온 어둠을 그대로 두고
Into the heart darkness found its way
밤을 덮은 차가운 그림자마냥 굳어간다
The nights covered with cold shadows has become harden

얼음들이 녹아지면
If the ice melted
조금 더 따뜻한 노래가 나올텐데
There would be a more mild/warm song
얼음들은 왜 그렇게 차가울까
But why is the ice so cold?

그 깊이 묻힌 옛 온기를 바라본다
Looking at the warmth that has been buried deep away
too late get it out
어른들 세상 추위도 풀렸으면 해
Wishing this coldness in the world of adults would unweave
얼었던 사랑이 이젠 주위로 흘렀으면 해
wishing the frozen love would melt away now

맘속에 찾아온 어둠을 그대로 두고
