찹쌀떡 / もちアイス

There's a dessert I love to buy in Korea and Japan, and that's Mochi ice!
Normally they fill it with red beans, but I usually take out 85% of it. To me it's too much to use in a dessert.
A bean to me is main!
Oh well.. then there's this someone who took that out and placed ice cream instead!!
I found this recipe and got to think, I wonder if I could make my own mochi ice!?

I'm now also kinda sad that my Green tea powder is out.
I'm not sure I can buy new in Sweden :(
But I can always use choco powder or colour ^^
