Last night I had a crayfish party with a few friends.
I saw an ad for it on TV earlier this week and thought it was a perfect way to celebrate the weekend.
Also, the crayfish season just started in Sweden ^^
We decided to have a potluck - all bring something and share.
As for main, we had lots of crayfish - 2 kgs ^^
Västerbotten cheese pie, bread, Skagen mix and brie cheese.
It doesn't sound like a lot but it was more than enough.
Unfortunately I had a too good time so I forgot to take photos, so here are some ones i found on Google.

For dessert Liz had made some Mango and passion fruit panna cotta.
It was super delicious ^^
It was a great evening indeed, we need to do it again soon ^^
