The past week I have found myself a lot on a spinning bicycle instead of a cross trainer.
I donno why but I get cramps when I run on the CR.
So I think I did pretty well last week, I also counted last Monday...
My total distance became 153.4 km!!
I feel pretty pleased although I think I could have done better in some of the training sessions!
However I do think I need a rest, Last Monday after 30 min I thought my legs were gonna fall off due to the strength it takes to ride the stupid bike!! Also, I did it two days in a row.
Anyway, I will have a rest now for a few days as I go to Iceland tomorrow!
But before that I have one more PT session!!!
