One of the things I long the most for is this dish.. Ramen!
Some photos were taken at Ramen Street in Sapporo, the other (the black one) was taken at Hakone.
Ramen is surely popular around Japan and there are many different kinds.
Of all I have eaten, the Sapporo was far the best, I even start tearing when I had the Miso Soup one. Don't ask how it happened, the tears just started flowing..haha
But soon I'm there, soon I will eat noodles again, something I have tried to keep away from during the last 3 months!! Soon I will break that.. and for what?! For Ramen of course!!
