Although I'm not sure how it counts because well.. I'm super fast I guess, I felt like Sonic the hedgehog the other day. But I do now I'm not this fast in real life. Still I wonder how these spinning bikes measure distance.
Oh well, I don't make these number up myself, I only photo what the bike counts and the further I go the better!! At least no matter what real distance, this is what i count.
And, by the judge of this, I have beaten my records again.
Last Sunday I managed to do this!!
45.2 km in 60 min and 24.4 in 30 min!! which adds up to 69.4km!!!
I feel proud... I really pushed myself, it's only 1,5 weeks left now before my vacation begins and no gym!! (^^;;)
I do have to admit, I look forward to my holidays...haha
