It's called TANGO and with wifi you can make free phone calls ^^
Then... what's the difference between Skype and Viber, not much, but this one has video call + chat (like skype) but it goes through the phone so u don't need a skype account.
Also the line is really good, so this is my new fave application, which helps me keep in touch with my friends all over the world, and now also my family since I'll be heading to Canada for 5 months!
