I have heard about it but never seen it for real.
Looks like JE is really taking up the game to get the scammers.
I'm both happy and sad. I mean for some people auction is the only way to get a ticket, then again, the price is outrageous!
JE posted following info on their homepage:

It basically says they found some of the people who have been trying to sell their tickets online and they will redraw them and ballot to others.
This is for Yahoo Auctions, one of the big sites in Japan, like JP Ebay.
In this list they have stated the auction id and sellers name (two first letters).
And the tickets are for Nagoya, Sapporo and Osaka venue.
If you have purchased from yahoo, you might want to take a look.
