A Thousand Times Good Night

My friend asked if I wanted to go to the movies, and why not!? Besides I haven't been to the movies for quite some time. I think we went together last time too, just before the vacation.
However this time we chose a more..hmmm.. serious movie. We chose to watch "A Thousand Times Good Night".
It was really well made. I'm still surprised they ONLY show it at really small theaters. I think it's worth watching, it does get to you. But I also knew as soon as I heard/saw  it, I understand why they keep on doing it, they want to show what the world is really like through a photo however, the majority of the world stop for a few sec and then turn page.
Anyway to sum it up, a great movie!!!! Worth watching!!!

★★★★

Story
Rebecca (Binoche) is a photojournalist obsessed with reporting in dangerous war zones. She documents a group of female suicide bombers in Afghanistan. She accompanies one of the suicide bombers to Kabul, where the premature detonation of the bomb severely injures her. While recuperating at her home in Ireland, she is confronted by her husband Marcus (Coster-Waldau) and her daughter Steph (Lauryn Canny), who force her to choose between covering war zones, or prioritizing her family. She chooses her family.
Steph is intrigued by her mother's photographs and interested in humanitarian work in Africa, so Rebecca proposes a photography trip with her daughter to a refugee camp in Kenya. Marcus agrees, assuming that the trip will be safe. Instead, the camp is attacked by an armed group that begins murdering people in their tents. Rebecca's obsession with documenting violence returns, and she again recklessly exposes herself to danger, taking photos in rhythm with the gunfire.

The Sun is Rising

While I saw the movie The Other Woman the other day, I heard this song.
The sun is rising by Britt Nicole.
I really like both music and lyrics, and it was perfect for the movie.
I have never heard of this singer before....I got to Google her ^^

The other woman

I finally saw the movie "THE OTHER WOMAN".
Although it was very predictable, it was very fun! My friend and I had some great laughs.
A total chick flick ^^

It was fun to see Nikolaj Coster Waldau in an English speaking movie, and his role.. OMG!
I saw a totally new side of him XD
Also, I have to admit.. Cameron Diaz starts to look old! Age is really taking a turn!
