So i was pissed the other day since i hadn't lost any weight at all, and i had been working out like crazy both at the gym and outside.
Then my diet coach told me to eat more in order to gain, sounded weird in my ears...i mean the reason why i workout is to lose weight not gain or be on the same level, and by eating more it doesn't sound right.
Anyhow i took her advice, and today.. 1.5 days later i went back and had a new weighin, guess what!?
I lost 0.4kgs within this small period of time!! AMAZING yet confusing!
So in the end i got my new star!
And feel even more motivated to continue to lose more until next week! ^^
