Missha Tension Pact - Perfect Cover (Update)

I made a review a few months ago and I want to update you. My feeling about this product has changed. See original review here.
I said it gave me dry spots etc and I was not happy. But I didn't want to throw it out so I kept it away and last month I took it out again. I can say, this, sun and Swedish summer did not work well together!!! To me it seems this is not good with heath / sweat! I base this on when I have had it on and eaten hot food or been sweating.
The weather is getting colder and now I have tried it a quite many times now. I have used more moisturizing lotions / creams etc lately. And I said I'd give this a shot. During the days I have used it has been my days off. I have stopped using a lot of make up at work, mainly because I don't have time to go and re-apply. Anyway, to the days I have used it has been on weekends and I have been out shopping, meeting friends etc and I was surprised when I came home a many hours later and it looked way better than during the summer. I could still see a few spots, but very minor!!!
One of the days my hubby and I had been  out eating ramen and it was SUPER HOT in the restaurant. But the other days, it looked very nice, a retouch was not needed, I think it had a very nice cover and natural look. Also when I met up with some friends whom I hadn't seen for a long time said my skin looked flawless and they loved my make up!!!

I have now decided to use this more during the winter and see what happens, but so far.. I'd say this one is much better for the colder season than the warmer seasons!

Dry season

I don't know where you live but where I live, Sweden, it starts to get colder and darker.
We are entering Autumn/Winter season. My least fave seasons for many reasons, one is my skin dries up!! It's like sandpaper, all my base make up is really not fitting!
I cannot wait until I go to Korea, I really need new supplies. Most wanted item is a new foundation cushion!
One that has caught my eye is a cushion from eSpoir called 프로 테일러 에센스 쿠션  / Pro Tailor Essence Cushion.
It comes in 8 shades!!! It's a lot for Korean ones.. and I heard it's good for dry skin! I don't like the package but.. if it works it magic I guess I will survive. Have any of you tried it?
I have so far only tested cushions from Clio, Innisfree, Missha, Tony Moly. So I'm looking forward to try something new ^^

비씨데이션 모이스처 커버 쿠션

This has to be the cheapest cushion foundation on the market..no?
It's the BCDATION Moisture foundation from Tony Moly and it only cost 5900 won (aprox 6 USD).
Sad thing, it only comes in 2 shades, 01 Skin beige and 02 Warm Beige.
A friend of mine gave it to me, in shade 01. It was a bit too light for me. So next time I will go and try the 02. 01 is more pinkish. and 02 more yellowish.
It's quite small and therefore very travel friendly and can fit in a small handbag.
It was easy to apply and one layer gave a lot of cover!! Happy surprise.
It also feels a bit wet on the face, bet it's because of my moisturizer and the moist in the foundation itself :)
One thing bad thing, it oxidized quite fast around my nose area, like a lot of other foundations. I put on a moisturizing cream before applying still this happened, will try it out a bit more and see. Hopefully get the 02 and try a bit more

Cushion Foundation.. is there a one and only?

Seriously how many cushions are there?
I so want to read Jen's full report on all of them.
There are so many, I have a few in my closet at home.
I have only tried 3 of the 6 I have!! Still I want to try more in Korea. Maybe a waste..?
It's so difficult only trying in a store or reading online and order.
I have dry skin but some works better than others. Also so have had such great feedback but on me it looks weird.

Oh well.. there is a jungle and I think I need to go outside my box of the brands I like and be open minded to try other brands.

Will see what I find interesting and go and try in Seoul later this year!

Thanks Jen (Meejmuse) for this video :)

CLIO Kill Cover Conceal Cushion

This cushion as well received good feedback.
Clio in general has grown quite a lot the past years and they have come out with a lot of nice products.
I chose this because of many reasons... and I also forgot I had purchased it!!
Nope not kidding, but the reason why is that I bought A LOT of make up prior the wedding, I could open a store I think.

This comes in 3 shades and they are not called 11, 21 or 23 as most.
These are instead called 2, 3 and 4. I chose number 3 as I thought 4 would be too dark.
It was hard to choose, I search for hours just to be sure I got the right shade.
Just like the Missha one, it came with a refill. It's a like a normal cushion foundation I have tried before. It was not as easy to apply as others, but after blending it out it has a REALLY nice finish! I was surprised that it did not oxidize as much. and it stayed on well all day!
This is also one of many reasons why I chose to have this on my wedding day! I did not re-apply.
I put it on around Noon and washed it off somewhere in the morning the following day! I'm super happy with this cushion, it gave me everything I wanted! Especially for an occasion where I slightly knew it'd be hard to walk a way and re-touch.
This can be used as daily make up too of course. I had a full over and gave the shade I wanted! Pure love, this is by far my fave cushion!!

Edit (20171008): I have now used it for a few months and the weather has an effect.
I had it on the other day for the whole day, I didn't want to re-apply, I was indoors anyway. But wow.. it dried up A LOT. I could see patches, I looked dead! I have not seen this before with this cushion. I mean I had it all day at my wedding, not sure if I need a better moisturizer or why this happened. Will try to moist more and see if this is the issue. Once again.. my skin is super dry!
I also changed the overall score...one big star became smaller.

Missha Tension Pact - Perfect Cover

I will start to review this one, it was maybe the one I had most hopes for.
I've been a fan of Missha make up since 2007 so it came naturally to try it out.

I liked the package and the mesh, I put the pad slightly to the surface and the amount of foundation was enough to cover my whole face!! To me one layer was enough. The one I got came with a refill. I got it in number 23.
The genreal cover was really good, I understand what others say when they raved about it. It was really WOW. And that's why I felt one layer was enough especially as I put on other things too - concealer, blusher, eye shadow etc.

I bought it while it was a 50% sale on Missha (Missha Day) but I can really recommend this product because of it's cover and easy to spread all over your face.

But as the time went by it kinda oxidized on my face leaving spots, especially around my eye areas.
Not sure if it's because my skin is dry but I think I need extra moisturize to avoid this. The rest of the skin looks really nice and I like the feeling of it on my skin.
I need to use more moist around my eyes I think and I won't have the same issue.
It was also easy to apply other make up without removing or having it splashing on my face.
I will try to use a blender and see if it applies differently but I'm happy with the sponge I got with the pact!!! Be sure to read below about the others to find the one you think suits you best!
Over time I'm not so happy because of all the dry spots it gave me. So sad I so wanted this one to work.
