Falcon and the Winter soldier

Stuck at home and subscribing to Disney+ we have been watching the Marvel series Falcon and the Winter soldier.

What can I say about it?

Was it great? No
Was it good? Meh
Was it worth watching? No regret

It started good, but after 2nd ep it went downwards...
What I didn't like was the new Captain America. Not only that he totally ruined the view on Cap. I get he is not supposed to be S. Rogers, but the actor portraying him.. not only was his character very annoying, on top of that the actor couldn't caption his role. To me it was fake and over exaggerating, some actors just fit for the role, emotions, expressions, lines - the act makes it seem real.
Captain  was the one bringing the series down. Also it was way long for how it ended, 4 episodes would have had been enough.

If there is a season 2, will I watch? I guess it depends on where we are in the world..Covid or No-Covid.

Isn't it cute? It's the first time in a long time I saw Mickey and Minnie in Korean.

Funny thing is that this so remind me of my hubby and I trying to be the smartest one...lol

Delicious memories

I went here a few years ago with my bestie.
We tried some really delicious items! And compare to foods/drinks at Disney in the US, Japanese Disney is cheap...! When I visited I tried a few, and I really..really liked the Curry one!
It's a fun thing to buy and eat.
If you are Japanese (or a child) you might buy the can that you can bring home and bring whenever you visit, so you can fill up on popcorn throughout the day.
Each vendor sells it's own popcorn bucket, the most expensive was the one with Duffy.
Do you know Duffy? I had NO IDEA until my friend told me. I had seen the bear ever since I first went to Japan but I thought it was a Japanese character. But no, it's a plush Mickey gave to Minnie.
I have no idea but in Japan this bear is the most popular and way more expensive. It has it's own store at Disney Sea. I was surprised of the prices and Japanese people buying items like crazy.

I wish we'd fun more popcorn in Sweden. And not sweet ones only.
I remember in Korea at the movies they'd sell different ones like Green tea, caramel ,cheese, onion etc. My fave was of course Green tea.

Fun movie

As I mentioned, we went and saw the new Disney Pixar movie Inside out.
We really enjoyed it, this is a movie I would re-watch whenever I need to be cheered up!
And no this is not a movie for kids, this is for adults!
If you haven't watched it already, do so!

Movie date night

Tonight we are having a movie date night.
My darling got free tickets and I got to chose movie ^^
I chose the new Disney Pixar movie Inside Out.

I have heard a lot of people liked the movie, not only people who went with kids and most said it was good therefore I wanted to see it ^^ I hope we will like it, it's only avaliable in 3D if you want to watch it in English. I would have had satisfied with regular 2D.
Well well... I'm longing for tonight already ^^

I know I have heard it way before, but I totally forgot it was 松たか子 (Matsu Takako) who did the voice and singing for this. Anyway, here it is ^^

I saw the movie a few weeks ago, it wasn't as good as I thought it'd be. But not bad.

Disney sea!

This morning I went on the shuttle bus from Mikina's house to Tokyo Disney Sea.

I met up with Sayuri and we spent the whole day enjoying the theme park!

Although it was a Saturday it was not as many people as we expected which was very nice ^^

I really LOVED it!

As the name kinda disclose, Disney Sea. It has water in the theme park. It reminded me of Europe and Canada.

So in a way it almost felt like a trip around the world in a day, and 99.8% only Asians there (^^;;)

We also tried many different rides, and took photos with Donald and Minnie.

We also tried a lot of various foods - mochi ice, ice cream, popcorn - Caramel and Curry!! Curry was super delicious, Ebi fri and Disney styled steamed bun and more.

At the end of the evening we watched the "night show" and fireworks!!

It was really beautiful ^^

I had a wonderful day with Sayuri unni, as always ^^

And I'm so pleased we could meet again this year! As we haven't met in 2 years.

Now I'm back home at Mikina's got to pack my bags as I'm off to Hokkaido in the morning!

Got to (1) pack, (2) shower and (3) sleep :D

Tax refund is here!!!!

Ever since I got the notice I have been anticipating this day.
Actually I got it yesterday already but ^^
This year I got a lot of money in Tax refund. The money will provide me shopping and sightseeing in Korea and Japan ^^

What else could I wish for?!

Disneyland Park

it took a very long time to get there and it was so crowed but we had fun!

i really enjoyed Disneyland, however...it was totally different from when i went there back in 1999!!!! ^^

We only managed to go on four rides, as waiting time was more than 90min for most!
Anyway we had a great time!

for our final day we are off to Disneyland! ^^
I'm totally excited XD i haven't been there since i was 11 years old!

only bad thing, it takes more than 2 hours to get there!!
