There's this case in Sweden where a 15 year old girl got raped!!!
The case went to a higher court and the boys (6 boys) who raped this girl were acquitted!!!!
According to the court, the girl in question was not "in a helpless state".. the boys had ONLY dragged her into a room, locked it, took her phone, and took off all her clothes... AND had sex with her - 6 boys and one girl!!!
She did not scream because she was afraid they'd do something worse to her so she just kept on saying no!
I have no idea why these boys were acquitted, Screaming, shouting, kicking... or just a calm NO!! A NO is a NO!!!
The law system is seriously messed up, and the judges have accepted this as a right verdict!! just hearing it screams ALL WRONGS you can possibly do!!!
This is also a slap in the face towards the girl in question and to our legal system!!!!!!
If people who commit these kinds of crimes goes free.. then what do we even need a legal system for!?
