Talking about languages, it was the same but somewhere it changed.
For me this reminds me a bit when Finnish people speak Finnish-Swedish.
The two Koreas has changed a lot over the years.
This already came out last year, I had no idea but I believe this is a big help for the N.Koreans who end up in S.Korea!
