A little less of me is gone

Yesterday I tried to make a good deed, I went and donated blood, the first time of 2014.

As I have 0+ I can give to most people but only receive from my own bloodtype, ironic no?

Funny was that it only took 10 min to "drain" myself this time. The fastest pace ever ^^

It'll be about 6 months until I can leave again, or longer as I'm going to Singapore in end of April.

Give a little!

Today I gave away a little bit of myself...!
Once again I went to the local bloodbank and donated some of my blood!
I think it's a very good thing to do, because there are so many people out there who is in need of it, and since I'm not scared of needles it's a great opportunity to give a little to someone else!

Now I have to wait another 3 months before next time...

If you can do it.. you really should donate blood!!

Blood donation

Today I donated blood for the second time in my life..
Many people have asked me why I do it, well.. because I can and because people are in need!
Also if I'd be in a situation in the future where I'd need blood I hope there will be blood to receive.



My arm hurst a bit, the needle was bigger than I thought (^^;;)

Now I'll have to wait 3 months until the next time...
If you haven't donated yet and is not scared of needles, then you should do it! People are in need!!
