Kanayan is back with a full fifth length album titled with LOVE.
I still haven't found a song that top last year's hit Sayonara. But while listening to this album I find some songs that attracts my ears immediately.
My fave song besides the one mentioned above is track 7 - Gomen ne. I also think track 9 - Abracadabra, track 10 - Love & Joy and track 11 - 25 are catchy. I'd say that 25 reminds me of some kind of movie soundtrack ^^ I also think Stand Up will be awesome to listen to at one of her lives! It gives a great big crowd vibe!!
In all I'm happy with this album!! I think she has worked hard to produce this album!!! My fave album by Kanayan ^^

It's a cute ballad about love..and life ^^ The promotion video is super cute and this is a typical Kana-chan song!? Nothing beats Sayonara in my opinion, but I like this the most of all her singles this year!! I'm excited to listen to the new album that comes out next month!!!

Kana-chan is back with a new track. I have been waiting!
However nothing can beat her hit "Sayonara" from last year.
Still, I'd say this is a typical Kana sound, however despite being a more up-tempo song, there's something I miss. I wish I could say what though.
Happy Birthday is a nice song, the title says almost all ^^ if I was her friend, I'd be happy if she sang this to me ^^
25 sounds like a song that'd fit in an American "family" movie.
It's a nice single and all, still... for me there's something missing....therefore 2 and half a star.

I was supposed to start watching this earlier but things came up... job interviews, studies, work.
So finally I have started, slowly but steady ^^
Once again it's a drama starring Saito Takumi, whom I'm also watching in Miss Pilot.
What also caught me was the story, I believe this could happen and what can you do if the one around you are jealous and you know it's wrong but cannot help it?!

Also, as I'm a fan of Nishino Kana, she was also a reason I found out about this drama. She's singing the theme song... a great song!! ^^

Story
The drama revolves around Tamaki Rei, who was just a middle school student, when both her parents died in an airplane disaster in France 22 years ago. Learning to hide her grief and tears growing up, the story opens with Rei making a visit to Brittany, France, to offer flowers on the anniversary of her parents' death. There she bumps into a man, Shibusawa Kazunari, who had also lost his wife in the same plane crash. Finding Kazunari to be a gentle-spoken man, Rei falls for him and they eventually marries. Kazunari is the current Division Head of the Budget Bureau in the Ministry of Finance.

After the death of his wife, Kazunari had brought up his two sons, Hitoshi and Kenji, on his own. Hitoshi, the eldest, is following his father's footsteps by joining the Ministry of Finance. He thinks highly of the up and rising young politician, Muraki Yosuke, who is well-known for trying to reform the politics of Japan. However, Kazunari, who is touted to be the next Budget Bureau Director General, dislikes Muraki greatly, for reformation will cause Kazunari his job. Seeing Hitoshi trying to be part of Muraki's team, Kazunari feels betrayed and shows his disappointment in him. Feeling that, Hitoshi starts to rebel against his father, by starting a forbidden love affair with Rei.

I've talked a lot with one of my best friends in Japan today.
I miss her a lot and I'm looking forward to see her again!
It's so weird to see her too, I mean, we met last June and it was 2 years before we met the last time. So this time only 6 months ^^

The new song from Kana-chan is a ballad, called Sayonara. It's also the theme song for tv-drama "Glass no Ie". The single also includes the song "Brand New Me", as well as the MTV Unplugged version of "Aitakute Aitakute".
I have been waiting for this so much. I hate that it was released on recochoku, as ONLY Japanese can purchase mp3s from there (The card needs to be issued in Japan)!
But I finally got it and I love this new ballad!! Great job Kana-chan ^^

The other day I talked about Kana-chan saying I like her music but not her lives..
I have to chang my mind, at least for this!!

I have kinda lost interest when it comes to Nishino Kana and her lives, but I still like her songs on CD! Now she's back with a new single, It's an uptempo song and sound makes me happy.
Don't ask me why, I guess it's the lyrics too.
The promotion video was shot in Hong Kong and I love her short hair style, it kinda makes me jealous, I'd love to try it out and that colour!! Still I don't think I'd be able to pull it off like her..

Anyway, a great start on the 6th music month of the year!
