Moistfull Collagen Cream

Who hasn't heard about this product? The Etude House Moistfull Collagen Cream.
When I was introduced to this cream it was said: This face cream is enriched with Etude House's super collagen and Baobab water to provide moisture and keep your skin hydrated for over 12 hours. The gel texture makes this a good choice for dry to combination skin types.
A little goes a long way and it absorbs quickly into the skin without leaving any greasy residue or heavy feeling behind. Skin feels soft and supple after application.

I can agree my skin feels soft and not greasy, but is it the best I have used?
Did I see a big difference?
I'm actually torn, it is good but not great. What I mean is that I can feel the smoothness and my skin is moist. But it doesn't provide my skin with the overall moist compare to some other creams I have used.  I would buy it again but it's not the first I'd go for.

Double lasting foundation

This is one of Korea's most popular foundation.
The only reason I bought it..haha
I love my cushions but decided to try.
Funny thing is that I thought number 24 Amber, the darkest shade would be good for me.
But it turned out to be too dark! A first!
After trying and trying and with help from my friend and shop clerk, I bought it in Sand.

So what's the verdict?
This one covers, I had two layers. But the thing is, it oxidize on my face pretty bad.
I think it's because I have dry skin. It sinks into my pores and it flakes all over.
I don't know if it has to do with my beautyblender but I'm not pleased.
It fits better if I keep on spraying mist on my face but that's not how it should be.

I had high hopes but this one was not for my skin.

[체리블라썸 페스티벌 KIT02] 달콤한 말린 벚꽃 솜사탕

I saw this on their FB page and I fell in love with it.
I went online to buy it. Once I finally got it I was kinda pissed off, No pouch came!!
That was one of the reasons, I mean it looks cute and would be of use!
I also like the whole cherry blossom theme, I got the pink version as I think those colours fit me better.
The eye shadows as usual is not that pigmented but when being mixed you can build a great look. The lipstick has a very nice colour but my lips needs more moisture. I think I need to fix my lips..haha
They are so dry. I hope it will be better as spring comes.
I got the pack for 14 900 won, aprox 12 USD.

페이스 블러 SPF33/PA++

This item was highly raved in 2017. I bought one to try and I fell in love.
It really does what it says and I was first afraid it'd bright my skin too much but lucky enough it just gave a glow.
It's smooth but you can see how it changes the skin and with layer of foundation etc it just makes the face look stunning!
I was so happy in Korea I picked it up at the duty free store, at the time they had "buy a pack of 3 and we give you an extra for free".

BUBBLE PORE CLEANSING PATCH

According to Etude House this product is all about: The wash-off type Bubble Pore Cleansing Patch cleanses impurities, and the pore astringent effect of Grapefruit Carbonated Water™ Bubble tightens pores on the butterfly zone characterized by excessive sebum secretion.
I have only used it once, and not sure if it worked or not. Honestly I don't have that large pores and I only got a few. My nose felt more clean but it could have had been all on my head.
It's fun it bubbled up, it has been a hype in Korea.
It's also a fun present to give to friends, however to really know how this work I think I need to use on a regular basis.

How to apply
1. After washing the face, open the product and closely attach the patch on towel-dried face while aligning it with the nose and cheek. (The solution may settle, so rub the surface of the product in a circular motion to mix the content well before use.)
2. After 10 minutes when carbon bubbles are generated, remove the patch.
3. Gently massage the remaining residue on skin, and then wash off with lukewarm water.
*When Grapefruit Carbonated Water™ rises, your skin may get red or burn, but they are normal reactions to the massage effect of bubble. If the burning sensation persists for more than 15 minutes, discontinue use and wash off with lukewarm water.

Caution
1. Use only as directed.
2. Avoid storing in high/low temperatures or in areas exposed to direct sunlight.
3. Stop using if it causes any allergic reaction or any problems arising.

PLAY COLOR EYES - Etude House

There are several ones, I got the Cherry Blossom and Wine party versions.
I'd say these are very afforable for the amount you get. There are several ones enable you to get the colour set you like. There is a great mix of colours making this good for travelling and to create several looks!
Honestly the palettes are not that pigmented as I thought, I mean compare to their single eye shadows. But it does give a nice touch and I'm happy I purchased it. I got them on sale and I feel like they were good purchases.

#Cherry Blossom - The 10-colour eye shadow palette colours your eyes with pink colour resembling cherry blossoms dancing in spring.
I have never been that pink, but for eye shadows it fit me well. I like it. For this palette I liked most of the colours so I wanted to give it a try.

#Wine Party - 10-color eye shadow palette reflecting deep, rich wine colors.
These kinds of colours have been super popular for the autumn/winter season. I like the colours a lot!

Confession of a Skincare addict

As you know I came back from Asia a few days ago.
I spent 3 weeks in Korea and Japan! I managed to buy a lot, clothes, shoes, make up and skincare!!
Some of you might be amazed. But honestly, I will use them all. My hubby will support me ^^
Korean and Japanese skincare is the best. I bought most in Korea.
I was in heaven. And most items I got in a 1+1 deal. And a lot I also got on taxfree, not all but a lot.
So Yes I bought a lot, but if you have been to Korea, this is only a small part of all that's available.

I bought some stuff during Black Friday sale and shipped it to my parents in law as it was so cheap at the time.

So what did I buy?

Facial masks - and LOTS of them.
Foot masks - to get rid of old/dead skin
Cleansers - Oil and water based cleansers
Toners - Klairs, Son & Park beauty water
Moisturizers - creams
Lip masks
Eye masks
Eye creams
Soap - to wash face
Exfoliators
Esscences
Eye drops
Face mists
Hair mists
Lipsticks/tints
Eyeshadow
Leg patches - for sore muscles
Accessories - pads, puffs, brush cleaner

Etude House Shopping Haul

When there is a sale, there is a danger.
I have not used a lot of Etude house things for quite a while. But lately they have launched a lot of items that have caught my eye. I looked at reviews online and honestly it's always about the personal opinion. A lot of Youtubers says the same of the products too so we'll see what I think.
I have bought a mix of items and I hope to be able to share my review later.

These are the items I ordered, I got between 30-50% off each!
Etude House had a 48 h sale so I couldn't stop myself, I probably ordered more than needed but it will come in use, I'm sure!!! I ordered all of the items to my parents in law and I haven't decided if I should ask them to ship them to me or if I should just wait and pick them up when we go to Korea in December.

You might ask, so if you are going why did you buy them?
As I said..30-50% off :) Also these I wanted to buy and don't care to try.
If you might see, I have not picked up any face make up like foundation, powder, blush.
Nor lip products, Etude is really famous for their water lip tints but I want to wait until we go to Seoul. For all of the items I bought, I got somewhere between 30 000 - 40 000 off in total, which is aprox. 28-38 USD. Sorry I haven't calculate the total, I have to sign in and look at my account. Anyway, in the Korean world of beauty you can BUY a lot for 40 dollars!!
Yes they might have a sale when we go but so might other brands have as well and I know I'm gonna go crazy and buy lots of other items. I think I'm done with my purchases at Etude House for this time.
I'm excited to go shopping in Seoul! It was been so long and the brands keep on developing and release new exciting items!

Play Color Eyes - Wine Party

Color my Brows - Mascara (01 Rich Brown)

I bought this as a set, you can buy them individually

Face Masks - Camellia

Eye shadow

Either I have been out of it, or I have dropped them on the ground so they broke!
Anyhow, I'm blessed to have friends in Seoul!
The other week a friend of mine picked up some new eye shadow sticks for me, from Etude House and Missha.

I prefer these sticks over the normal eye shadow!
This time I got the pink and beige/brown ones from Etude house, and this double colour pen from Missha!!
Soon they should arrive, I cannot wait ^^

2012 first Gmarket goodies

I got my first Gmarket goodies for 2012 today..
My dad was kind enough to pick it up, since the Swedish postoffice ALWAYS have to "try" to deliver it in the morning when no sane people are at home!! (In my family we WORK or study..)

I got some Etudé House masks and eyeliner, 2NE1 concert dvd and a skirt.. :)
I want more stuff but I have to focus on my studies... and this is a belated X-mas gift to myself!
Let another great year begin ^^

Online Shopping!

Since I got money for Christmas I decided to give myself a treat..
I went online shopping on Gmarket.
I bought 2NE1's concert dvd!!! (^0^) I still wonder why CL's solo is not included however NOZA seemed to be so much fun so I'm excited.
I also bought a skirt and many facial masks. This time from Etude house since they are the ONLY one who send their mask overseas.
I don't understand the reason why, I prefere Missha or Nature Republic (^^;;)
I also got an eye liner from Etude!

Now I just have to wait.. :)

South Korean Make-up

I never buy makeup in Sweden anymore, unless I have to do so. To be honest when I was younger I didn't care too much about makeup. I was a tomboy and I guess I also wanted to be a bit rebellious?
Also it's quite expensive here, but yeah I did buy... UNTIL I went to Korea and found all the makeup stores...
Korea are filled with make-up stores..

  • BaviPhat

  • Etudé House

  • Holika Holika

  • It's Skin

  • Missha

  • Nature Republic

  • Skin Food

  • The Face Shop

  • The Saem cosmetics

  • Tony Moly

  • Of all these I always buy some things at each...

But my fave are Etudé House, Missha and Nature Republic or at least the ones I visit the most.
I also visit Skin Food, Face shop and Tony Moly.
The others I have bought some small stuff at all the others, like facial masks, nail polish.

    Etudé House
Dream on base, Hand lotions, Body lotions, Eyeshadow stick..

    Missha
I love their BB cream, Nose patches, Hair mist, Hand lotion, Deodorant and Facial masks..

My fave BB Cream! U use it almost everyday ^^

    I love these.. Goodbye pores!!

Facial masks! in Korea there are so many different kinds, I always want to buy them all!
These two I got for free when shopping at Missha/Nature Republic

    Nature Republic
Eye shadow, Aloe vera soothing gel, Collagen Eye patch, Nail polish...

I like the feeling having these one!!

This is great after a day out in the sun!!

    Nail polish and remover...

I got these wetwipes for free... Make-up stores almost always give some kind of service when going into the store, this one of the Nature republic ones..

As most people I also get spots, hate it but there's nothing I can do!
I have tried so many things, however this little tube from The Face Shop is the best!!
After 3 days the spots are gone, at lease in my case.

    Happiness worth $3,5
