더 비트 고즈 온

It was in very late 2011 we first got to know this duo, they are now back with a new mini album titled The Beat Goes On.
The album has a range of dance, disco funk and R&B ballad tracks. I really like the title track 너는 나만큼, followed by Sweater & Jeans and Mother. I like songs DH produced, there's something over the way they sing those songs and the music. There are more feelings involved! I like the music for Lights, Camera, Action! However the lyrics are quite boring. The music for 촉이 와 sounds like an old video game and the lyrics too are not so exciting. For some reason, I don't feel like a lot is new an exciting, it's a development for D&E but in general as for KPOP it's just another in the crowd.

I laughed at Oppa Oppa and wondered what SM was thinking.
But now I'm more understanding. This new song with E and D is really good. Although I'd say they are slightly old for this kind of lyrics, they perform it well!!! I cannot wait until their live performaces!!
The title in Korean 너는 나만큼 is and means something like "Are you like me" / "Was it the same for you as for me". As you see it's not as easy to translate as the meaning in Korean is very simple but it's not the same thing to describe in English.
Oh well.. I think you get the picture ^^

Skip beat - LAD ep 4

The story slowly continues..
What I haven't written but bothers me is that they use kimono and other traditional Japanese stuff in the drama...Which I cannot understand why!?
They should have changed it to Taiwanese ones.. I mean it doesn't make any sense at all!!
The manga is Japanese but then.. if they want to use Japanese things then they should have stuck with the JAPANESE names and shooted the drama in JAPAN but in mandarin langauge!?

This episode copies the manga and anime as well....
Therefore quite boring as said before, fast forward PLEASE!!

Jealousy strucks between our men, which man can be the best? ^^;;
A top star has nothing to worry about, so it seems ^^
Gong Xi continues to work hard in her LOVE ME suit... maybe too hard even?
Still a cry baby and do not yet understand the business, but when least expect it the so called Prince charming turns up to rescue her ^^
Jealousy also stucks on set with female actresses as Dun He Lian is a very popular man among the females!

Gong Xi also gets to show her true self, while other believes it's acting... this is what she use to do, she knows how to walk and behave in a kimono!
We can follow the battle between the girls, some just want to prove themselves other wants to win someones heart!

Also behind the scenes after this episode... I heard Siwon speaking his lines in KOREAN!!
I wonder when I'll be able to hear it... for some reason even though it's weird that she's speaking in Mandarin and him in Korean I think I'll prefere it that way since it sounds stupid when hearing the dubbing XD

Story
Gong Xi sacrificed her life to support her boyfriend, Bu Puo Shang, so he could become a successful singer. One day Shang suddenly breaks up with Gong Xi leaving her with nothing and Gong Xi vows revenge!! She decides to enter the entertainment world and become an even more successful star than Shang to get back at him. Gong Xi then meets Dun He Lian, the top star actor in her agency and Shangs biggest rival, who helps motivate her to become a top entertainer.

Skip Beat - to begin!

It's less than a week until Taiwanese FTV will start to broadcast the Live Action Drama version of SKIP BEAT starring Super Junior's Siwon and Donghae.
I'm very very looking forward seeing the first episode!! I've already seen it will be broadcast in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore... S.Korea is not to be found yet! I think it's because they need to translate the chinese.

There are 2 channels in Taiwan who will broadcast this drama.. starting with FTV on the 18th and GTV on Dec 24! It's 13 episodes and the final broadcast will be in March!!
I wonder if I'll be able to follow it by each week, however I love the manga so I'll def. try to follow this drama as much as possible!!
