Father's day celebration (2)

I said yesterday that I'd share the second part of our Father's day celebration.
Here's the Bulgogi edition! I made a marinade from ZERO. Including soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, sesame seeds, rice syrup, sugar. nashi pear, and black peppar.
Bulgogi is a fave Korean food in our family and it was also a request from my dad.
And of course we had to make it.
We also added various mushrooms, scallion and ddeok (rice cakes) to it. It became delicious and loved by all of us around the table.
