I got Korean silken tofu at the Korean culture festival the other week.
And so we made Korean tofu stew the other day.
It's one of my fave dishes, and can come in so many varieties.
My hubby loves the plain one while I like to mix things into mine..e.g. dumplings.
It was truly delicious and I can recommend this dish for both vegetarians and meat lovers as you can add meat into it as you wish.
