I had wanted to see this movie since beginning of summer when it was annouced. Not that I'm a fan of zombies but it looked like a fun movie to watch. It grew stronger as it got more interest in media and it became the highest sold movie.
Although it is supposed to be scary I found some scenes hilarious. But some things really annoyed me too, as they became so Korean, I wondered, I hope they can see that they do have a problem in the society. And not only look at it as "this is just a movie". Some scenes really showed how Korean the movie is. Not that it's bad but more, this needs to change!
I think the movie was well made and it was interesting to see it until the  end! Worth watching for sure.

Story
Seok-Woo (Gong Yoo) is a fund manager in Seoul. He is separated from his wife and lives with his daughter Soo-An (Kim Soo-Ahn). Seok-Woo doesn't spend much time with his daughter or show affection to her. On the night before Soo-An's birthday, Soo-An insists on seeing her mother for her birthday. Seok-Woo has no other choice, but to take her to Busan. Early the next morning, they board the KTX train for Busan at Seoul Station.

Before the KTX train leaves Seoul Station, a zombie like girl jumps onto the train. The girl is infected with a horrific virus that is spreading like wildfire. Seok-Woo, Soo-An and the other passengers on the KTX train must now fight for their lives.

This is another movie I had been looking forward to get my hands on, not because it seemed like a WOW movie, but to see a bad ass TOP is fun!!

I wonder if I could ever see him as a cute and innocent guy?! He's made to be bad..haha

As said the movie story is interesting, and you can easily understand what will happen.

Still it was a "fun" movie to watch. I believe that there are many similar things like this going on in South Korea but of course it's a secret ^^

Plot

Myung-hoon finally arrives in South Korea under the guise of a North Korean defector. He is adopted by a South Korean couple who are actually North Korean spies and enrolls at a local high school. 수상한 그녀

This movie was quite popular last year, my friend told me to watch it so I did. I'd say this is a typical Korean family situation with a happy ending of course. I think many who are not used to the Korean culture will think that this movie is weird in many ways, and I'd say it has to do with the language. If you understand Korean it makes more sense. Also I'd say they have made this into a "and they lived happily ever after" movie, which is very cliche. Still entertaining.
I was happily surprised by the main actress Shim Eun-Kyung, She does very well in this movie and I have watched various dramas and movies but I have to say this left the biggest impression ^^

Oh Mal-soon, a 74-year-old widow, lives with her son and his family. I wanted to see this because of the main actor Jang Hyuk. And the story seemed like a typical Korean madness story. And a little bit like the American movie: The Hand That Rocks the Cradle. It is truly a movie with many creepy things, sorry but it's difficult to explain, it must be watched. You feel kinda disgusted. They carry it out well, but it's not a movie I'd want to watch again.

It's too much, but I bet these things happen in real life all over the world. And in the end there's only one kind of end. The title is "Ga-Shi" in Korean and they have given it the English title Innocent thing. However, the more correct translation would be Thorn.

Plot

무적자 (2010)

Yesterday I was looking around all my movies and found a few I haven't seen yet.
I bought them a year ago, but I haven't had the time to watch them. So of the ones I found I decided to watch the movie called 무적자 (aka. A better tomorrow), the remake of the HK movie from 1986. I bought it because of the male cast... 3 of them XD
As usual I like action movies a lot so it was a good one, a typical Korean gangster movie I'd say ^^
It was worth watching and great ending on my Sunday!!

Plot
Kim Hyuk is a detective in the South Korean National Police Agency, having escaped from North Korea as a teenager. Unbeknownst to his superiors, he also works as an illegal arms smuggler with his best friend and partner in crime, Lee Young-Choon, who also defected from the North.
Hyuk has a younger brother, Chul, whom he was forced to leave behind (along with their mother) during his escape. Guilt-ridden over leaving his brother behind, Hyuk has spent the past few years searching for his brother. Eventually, he finds Chul in an internment camp but Chul resents Hyuk for leaving behind the family to escape. It is then revealed that their mother was killed sometime after Hyuk's escape.
Hyuk goes to Thailand to complete an arms deal, accompanied by Jung Tae-Min, a new member of the smuggling operation. However they were double-crossed by Jung and the Thai gang. Jung escapes, while Hyuk is captured and sentenced to prison for three years. After reading about Hyuk's capture in the newspaper, Lee finds the Thai gangster in a massage parlor and kills him and his henchmen. However, in the ensuing gunfight, he is shot in the knee and crippled....

Last night I watched the Korean movie Sunny.
It was an OKAY movie, both fun and sad. Normally I only watch the horror/sad movies.
At least this one had a good ending... (^0^)
It was fun to see Kang Sora in action since it was quite some time I saw her in a movie. These days I see her in WGM (^0^)

I saw the devil

Idag gick jag på bio och såg I saw the devil, eller 악마를 보았다(Akmareul boatta) som den heter på koreanska, med 이병헌(Lee ByungHun) och 최민식(Choi MinSik).
Den var läskig, intensiv och riktigt bra! En film jag skulle kunna se igen!
Hade dock ett sjukt jobbigt par bredvid mig som satt o pratade, skrek o hade sig när det hände olika saker, var sjukt nära o smälla till tjejen som sa "Eottoke" var o varannan sekund!

Hann även med att göra klart HELA min workbook, ska lämna in den till min lärare imorn när jag har min absolut sista skoldag.

I helgen blir det Suju koncert o lite annat.
Grubblar över om jag ska köpa kamera eller inte, det finns mkt jag vill ha men ja.. kamera kan vänta.
