Today I feel lazy, I think it's because of the weather! ^^;;
Finally the heath has reached Northern Europe!! :)
Anyway since I'm head of the cooking this weekend, like always I had to slave in the kitchen.
Today's lunch I prepared was Chapchae, Korean sweet potato noodles with meat and veggies and dumplings, meat and shrimp!! My family loved it ^^
Tonight is the ESC (Eurovision Song Contest) and my grandma will come, so I have decided to make a chicken salad with grilled chicken, bacon, lots of various veggies and some feta cheese ^^
And for desert a rasberry pie :)
I think my grandma will like it, also tomorrow is Mothers day in Sweden ^^ so i need to prepare something for mum as well ^^
