I have seen these online a couple of times, and in Malaga I found a ice cream place that makes ice cream flowers. I chose three different ones - caramel, mango and raspberry.
Kinda expensive for Spain and ice cream but very delicious... and of course PRETTY!
I wish we'd have these in Sweden, I think it would be a big seller.
Also, when looking when they made it, it didn't look that complicated.
