I'm a bit behind, but here's a photo from the lunch I had two days ago when visiting Vaxholm.
A typical Swedish summer dish - Baltic herring with mash, raw lingonberries and melted butter.
This was super delicious and I was too full but I had to finish it, I don't regret it (^^;;)
