I find Youtube being awesome instead of buying new cookbooks.
Some are of course better than others and so far I have found a few.
This time around I chose to follow this recipe, see video below.
This was super tasty!
I made a lot so we also had left overs for lunch! I think i could have had used a bit more pepper and some garlic. However my darling was happy with everything!
We'll probably make this with my parents soon!
We chose a different kind of pasta than the one in the video.
Still all worked out well!
