I'm surprised and kinda excited. Sailor Moon is a manga character I grew up with and to celebrate the 20th anniversary there will be a new production!! It's set for release in summer of 2013 with idol group
Momoiro Clover Z singing the theme song. During the event, Voice Actress
Mitsuishi Kotono (Tsukino Usagi/Sailor Moon),
Furuya Tohru (Chiba Mamoru/Tuxedo Mask) and
Kodansha’s
Osano Fumio, who used to be the editor of
Takeuchi Naoko (the author of “Sailor Moon”) were present. It also seems like it will be a tv-broadcast, like a SP and not a movie.
Still excited, cannot believe it has been 20 years since it was released!
