This is probably my fave cookie. You can make them in many different waus, but I think that my mum makes the best ones.
Grandma, aunties etc makes them too, but I prefer my mums.
I have never seen them at a cafe, only at home at people's houses.
In Swedish these are called Plättbakelser, translated to Mini crepe pastries. ^^
Mum made these for Midsummer on my request. I wanted our Japanese relatives to taste them ^^
The ingredients are simple but nevertheless super tasty!!!
