I think many of you will be surprised about the Japanese public transportation, there are so many lines and trains and not many delays.
Although it happens, they are fast to post it so people can figure out other means of transportation.
I was on the Shinkansen heading back from Hakone to Tokyo when they announced delays or no traffic on certain lines, one of them the one I was about to take so I had to re-think my journey.
After watching this Youtube video, I have more understanding for the Tokyo public transportation. It's more than just trains.
They have really invested a lot, but then again, when there are millions of people using it, it's necessary!
