Arashi is back with their 16th album!!This album shows new challenges and styles and maybe that's why they decided on the title Untitled?

The title song Mikan (「未完」) showed the new style I love it..I love it so much! A great title track!
Overall I like this album a lot, maybe the best album in the past years. I like most because it's Arashi but thinking of the amount of songs, sounds etc. this is the overall best one in a long time! The album sold 668,000 copies in its first week! I was very keen when I first hear about the duos and trios, we have not seen those! Usually it's solos, when the list came out I was even more keen, as an Arashi fan you know about the voices and capabilities. Sho-chan and Matsujun are my fave but the duo didn't work for me, quite sad. The collaboration with Aiba, O-chan and Sho-chan is a fun song, Bazuri Night, it reminds of a song you'd hear in an arcade hall. A mix with 80's and 90's. And it also reminds me of something SMAP could have had released..haha I so wish to see this live, I guess the outfits will be fun ^^ The others are so so, I listened and moved on...
I love Fight Song and Energy song so I was anticipating the Kanpai song however sadly it was not as great as I thought.

My fave songs from the album are: 風雲, 彼方へ and 「未完」, these are on repeat on my phone as I commute to work ^^

The album is released in the Normal and Limited Edition. Limited Edition comes with a lyric photo booklet and a DVD containing the Mikan music video and making-of video. Normal Edition comes with five additional songs.

Sadly I cannot go to the concert this year but I hope to pick up some goods as I will be in Japan at the same time as the Osaka Concert!

Flavor Of Life -Ballad Version-

It has passed what now.. 9 years? since we heard this song for the first time, to me this song is still as good as it was when it came out. For some reason I cannot get tired of it.
I think I watched too much of Hana Yori Dango, still there is a part of me that wants to re-watch it although I know the whole series by heart!!

失恋ショコラティエ

The drama I long the most for this winter is probably this one!
It has been quite some time since I saw Matsjun in a drama (not SPs)!
And it's gonna be amazing to see him acting with Satomi-chan again!!
I have heard that Matsujun is working really hard to be able to make chocolate and the trailer for this drama has already been shown so I'm HIGHLY anticipating to follow this drama ^^

Love (review)

It's finally here! Arashi's new album LOVE. I was already excited when the news came about the new album, then the other day when I found out I will be going to the concert I got even more excited!! Obviously ^^ 

So I guess I need to listen though the album a lot, more than usual ^^

I like it already. To be honest, I like this one much more than Popcorn! Although Popcorn was a good one too! 

I donno why, but the music reminds me of the 60's?! a bit, also a little SMAP like here and there. Maybe it's the age? Anyway it's fun to see them mix songs.

My fave songs are: 愛を歌おう, サヨナラのあとで, Confusion, Breathless, Rock Tonight, Endless game, Calling, and Tears.

As for solo's my fave belongs to Sho-kun, to be honest I was surprised by this song, I thought he'd do something more up-tempo like TABOO. But to get a sad love ballad is a happy surprise indeed ^^. And followed by Sho-kun we have O-chan's solo. I also like Aiba-kun's 夜空への手紙. As for Nino and Matsujun's, not too sure about them... yet ^^ They are good but not as good as the other three :)

The girl in the sun

I mentioned this book before, 陽だまりの彼女/양지의 그녀/The girl in the sun.I managed to pick up a copy of it in Korea, and I think I have read around 70 pages so far, still got 250+ to go. Anyway, the book so far has been great. I'm still at the beginning of the story so it's not much to tell, other than it has captured me.

And when I was travelling in Japan last month I saw ads for the movie and book, which maked me excited although it will take some time before I can watch it. Hopefully I have finished the book before that!

Looking at the screen shots from the movie makes me even more excited ^^

Why tease me?

It's like they are teasing me, i want to this movie so bad!!And i have to buy the book in Korea this summer ;)

I'm such a bad consumer when it comes to resistance. However, as I'm not in Japan right now it's impossible for me to buy it! Lucky me? or Fail? :P

早く見たい

I said before that i wanted to read the book 陽だまりの彼女, and these days i keep on getting screen caps from the movie making!
It will be released in October this year, i cannot wait! I want to see it now, Matsujun looks so handsome in the movie! :)

陽だまりの彼女

There is a book I really want to read these days, it's called 陽だまりの彼女 or 양지의 그녀... translated Hidamari no Kanojo - The sunshine girlfriend?!

I have heard of it but not really thought much about it, then the news hit that Matsujun and Ueno Juri will be in the movie based on the book.
Therefore I really want to watch it.
However there is no English version, not that I can find, so I was thinking of finding a way to get it to Sweden... ^^

Also I'm really excited about the movie too...

On December 3rd, it was announced that Arashi’s Matsumoto Jun and actress Ueno Juri are going to star in the latest movie of director Miki Takahiro (‘Solanin’, ‘Boku ga Ita’), ‘Hidamari no Kanojo‘. It has been five years since Matsumoto and three years since Ueno has appeared in a movie.

‘Hidamari no Kanojo’ is based on a novel of the same name by author Koshigaya Osamu, which has sold more than 350,000 copies up until now. It’s said to be the number one love story girls want boys to read. The original story is set in Chiba, but the movie adaptation is going to move the setting to the region of Shonan along the coast of Sagami Bay. It’s not just about the mere feeling of love that is awakening between two people, but about the kind of feeling that you can only experience once in a life time. The story also features some mystery and fantasy elements.

Okuda Kosuke (Matsumoto) has been working for this advertising company for three years, when he met Watarai Mao (Inoue) at the reception of a new client. Mao is his childhood friend from junior high school whom he hasn’t seen for more than 10 years. Mao used to be the biggest fool at the school and was often bullied by the others, but now she has transformed into a beautiful and charming woman. Kosuke immediately falls in love with her and she is returning his feelings. It doesn’t take long and they already decide to get married. However, Mao is keeping one big unbelievable secret to herself…

Matsumoto read both the novel and the script and expressed, “I immediately wanted to get this role. It’s not just the romance between the two that’s interesting, but the whole world view and the story in itself.” He commented about Ueno and Miki, “Together with Ueno-san, I would like to send out this affectionate and warm fantasy. I already watched Director Miki’s works before I got casted for this role and I’m really happy that we get to work together this time.”

Ueno expressed, “I’m really happy, since it has been three years since my last movie. It’s a really heart-warming and soothing story and I’ll work my hardest to let the viewers feel the same way.” She said about Matsumoto, “Acting, singing, variety shows. He’s talented in so many ways and I really can’t wait to work together with him.”

Director Miki himself commented, “It’s about a certain kind of feeling that is too pure and too honest to just be called love. I was touched that the feeling of loving someone earnestly. I’d like to perfectly create the atmosphere of a sunny spot (hidamari) with those two lovely actors.”

‘Hidamari no Kanojo’ is slated to begin filming in January and to hit cinemas in October next year.

The past days I have been watching episodes from some of my fave Japanese tv-dramas.

1.山田太郎ものがたり (Yamada Taro Monogatari) starring Arashi's Ninomiya Kazunari and Sakurai Sho, and Tabe Mikako. (2007)

2. Kimi wa Petto starring Koyuki and Arashi's Matsumoto Jun. (2003)

3. 花より男子 1+2 (Hana Yori Dango 1+2) starring Arashi's Matsumoto Jun, Oguri Shun, Inoue Mao, Abe Tsuyoshi and Matsuda Shota (2005+07)

4. マイ★ボス マイ★ヒーロー (My Boss, My Hero) starring TOKIO's Nagase Tomoya, NEWS Tegoshi Yuya, and Aragaki Yui (2006)

I still remember when I watched them for the first time I watched them, it's kinda amazing how much time that has passed since then....
I feel old, yet young. These dramas take me back to my teens ^^

Ohno: I’m not a girl, so I don’t know… But if I had to choose, I guess it’s Aiba-chan. Why? Because our eyes just met [laughs].

Sakurai: It’s me right! Work hard, play hard & eat well. These are my selling points [laughs].

Aiba: I want to try dating all 4 of them for one week each [laughs]. I want to go fishing with Riida, get Sho-chan to teach me about politics, play video games with Nino & go shopping with MatsuJun.

Ninomiya: If I had to choose, I guess it’s myself? But dating with me might have lots of disadvantages [laughs].

Matsumoto: I want to see sides of myself that I don’t know about, so I would choose myself [laughs].

The boys are so funny XD

I'd like to try to date all but Nino... don't ask me why but to me, he'd take me to a game center or manga cafe :P and probably bore me out.
Riida would take me fishing or walk in a park. I'd really like to see him trying his best on a date.
Sho-chan would plan everything in detail, however as he's planning, if we'd be late he'd probably show his unhappy face about it making me annoyed :P
Aiba-kun would probably tire me out, like a child, but he'd sure make me laugh.
Matsujun would probably take me to an amusement park, movie then dinner... I think it'd be normal yet he'd make it memorable!!

Red+Purple

I forgot to mention that I got them... the limited goods.
My friends were kind enough to get me other goods at their concerts however the earphone jackets were always sold out.
But I managed to get them online through a very good seller!! :)

and I got my favourite ones, Red + Purple....or Sho-chan and Matsujun ^^

I said this morning I'd buy some stuff when I got home...
I kept my promise :P
I bought both Arashi's Arafes dvd and Shinhwa's 2012 Grand Tour in Seoul - The Return dvd.
Both Korean editions.... Although I wanted to support Arashi in Oricon, it's sooo expensive and Korean version is still official. and keep them popular in Korea ^^

I cannot wait until I get them... I know dad will watch Arafes with me ^^

Wild at heart

According to today's song list at Arashi's Beautiful World concert in Fukuoka a song called "Wild at heart" was added.
I wonder.. could that song be their new song? and also theme/ost for Matsujun's new drama lucky seven??

It's to wait and see.. but I think it is the first Arashi track of 2012!! ^^

I finally saw the SP drama called もう誘拐なんてしない/Mou Yuukai Nante Shinai!
Starring Arashi's Ohno Satoshi and Aragaki Yui.
It was fun to watch, I love Riidas acting.. he always get to do funny acts ^^
And the drama was full with actors I like! Also Arashi's Sho-kun and Matsujun can also be seen in the drama!


Plot
Tarui Shoutaro is an ordinary guy who dreamed of becoming a hero when he was a child, but now gets by as a part-time worker. The unexpected story unfolds when one day, the daughter of a yakuza boss asks him to plan a make-believe kidnapping.

Lucky Seven to begin!

Next Monday, Jan 16, I'll start watching Fuji TV's new 9 o'clock drama, LUCKY SEVEN.
Yes the main reason is Arashi's Matsujun, but the drama is also starring other Japanese actors I like.. Eita, Naka Riisa, Matsushima Nanako and Tanihara Shosuke!
The stormy boys change place.. who will be starring in a drama next time? Riida, Aiba or Nino?
I've seen some of the trailers for the drama and it looks very interesting!
I'm happy to see Matsujun in a new drama, I love his acting!!


Plot:
It revolves around a team of seven detectives who work together to solve difficult cases, with MatsuJun acts a rookie called Tokita Shuntaro.
Not much info I know.. but that's what have been said.. then also some more info regarding each character but we just have to follow the drama to see how it all will develop!

Arashi to sing Lucky Seven?

On Monday, Jan 16, Matsujun's new drama Lucky Seven begins, so far there hasn't been an announcement that Arashi will sing the theme or ending song for it. But I'd be very surprised if they are not doing it!

But then today I finally watched some promotions for it.. during my break from studying.

And I heard them singing, I have no idea what the song is called.. but I'm excited to hear the whole version!!
