Arashi is back with their 16th album!!This album shows new challenges and styles and maybe that's why they decided on the title Untitled?

The title song Mikan (「未完」) showed the new style I love it..I love it so much! A great title track!
Overall I like this album a lot, maybe the best album in the past years. I like most because it's Arashi but thinking of the amount of songs, sounds etc. this is the overall best one in a long time! The album sold 668,000 copies in its first week! I was very keen when I first hear about the duos and trios, we have not seen those! Usually it's solos, when the list came out I was even more keen, as an Arashi fan you know about the voices and capabilities. Sho-chan and Matsujun are my fave but the duo didn't work for me, quite sad. The collaboration with Aiba, O-chan and Sho-chan is a fun song, Bazuri Night, it reminds of a song you'd hear in an arcade hall. A mix with 80's and 90's. And it also reminds me of something SMAP could have had released..haha I so wish to see this live, I guess the outfits will be fun ^^ The others are so so, I listened and moved on...
I love Fight Song and Energy song so I was anticipating the Kanpai song however sadly it was not as great as I thought.

My fave songs from the album are: 風雲, 彼方へ and 「未完」, these are on repeat on my phone as I commute to work ^^

The album is released in the Normal and Limited Edition. Limited Edition comes with a lyric photo booklet and a DVD containing the Mikan music video and making-of video. Normal Edition comes with five additional songs.

Sadly I cannot go to the concert this year but I hope to pick up some goods as I will be in Japan at the same time as the Osaka Concert!

I finally got it!! I'm so excited, I have been excited ever since it was publish it'd be airing. However due to work and hectic lifestyle I haven't been able to look for it. However now I got it!!
I cannot wait to see it, if I know Sho-kun well, he struggled to learn how to cook. But then again we also know his real life skills ^^
The drama story is slightly different from the novel, but still I think it will be fun to watch!! ^^

Plot

I got top see the movie on my flight to Vancouver 2 weeks ago.
I'm so lucky, last time I flew with SAS I saw Nazodi, and this time Kamisama no Karute! Both starring my fave Arashi member - Sho-chan ^^
I have seen the first movie which I liked and therefore looked forward seeing this! It was a good movie, a good story and actors!
Just like previous one, it brings up topics that is close to many and it tells it in a beautiful way!
I'm so happy I got to see this, to be honest, I watched it twice ^^

Story

The chart of love

I found this in SAS (Scandinavian Airlines) entertainment magazine for July.

I hope they will show it next month too when I fly to US/Canada.

I so want to see this movie and it comes with Eng sub so it's PERFECT!

Last December when I flew with SAS to Tokyo they showed Sho's Nazodi movie!!!

I got to say, the English title of the movie, Japanese title: Kamisama no karute 2, is kinda cute ^^

OMG... I just checked some stuff for my flight tomorrow and guess what!!!

They are showing Nazotoki wa dinner no ato de -The movie on the flight, with Eng subs!!!!

I start to feel that this trip is gonna be even more awesome than I thought!

Last summer when I visited Japan there were posters all over the place. But I missed out on the movie as it was released later during that summer.

And now i get to see it with English subs ^^

Love (review)

It's finally here! Arashi's new album LOVE. I was already excited when the news came about the new album, then the other day when I found out I will be going to the concert I got even more excited!! Obviously ^^ 

So I guess I need to listen though the album a lot, more than usual ^^

I like it already. To be honest, I like this one much more than Popcorn! Although Popcorn was a good one too! 

I donno why, but the music reminds me of the 60's?! a bit, also a little SMAP like here and there. Maybe it's the age? Anyway it's fun to see them mix songs.

My fave songs are: 愛を歌おう, サヨナラのあとで, Confusion, Breathless, Rock Tonight, Endless game, Calling, and Tears.

As for solo's my fave belongs to Sho-kun, to be honest I was surprised by this song, I thought he'd do something more up-tempo like TABOO. But to get a sad love ballad is a happy surprise indeed ^^. And followed by Sho-kun we have O-chan's solo. I also like Aiba-kun's 夜空への手紙. As for Nino and Matsujun's, not too sure about them... yet ^^ They are good but not as good as the other three :)

The return of Candle Sho!!

To end my b-day weekend I thought I'd cheer myself up by watching the VSArashi episode staring Nazodi cast.

However due to the late hour I realized it has to wait until tomorrow...

oh well...

The 1 year and 9 months return of Candle Sho is worth the waiting right :)

What an ending to a fantastic drama

Yesterday evening I finally was able to watch the final episode of the japanese drama called KAZOKU GAME.
The ending had a huge twist and I never expected it to end like that.

I'm not gonna spoil the end for you who hasn't watched it yet... but you have to watch this drama!!
In all... a kinda scary and twisted drama but very well made!!

I have never seen Sho-kun acted like that, and he did an awesome job.
He really took his acting skills to another level!!! and I hope he will get even more acting jobs after this ^^

In a way it's kinda sad it's over, I really really liked this drama...
Oh well there will be a new one soon ^^

New sound

Today Sho-kun's new drama Kazoku game started, and the preview of their new single came as it's used as the theme song for the drama.
It's a new sound, not really sure what to say about it, or compare it with.
To me it's not as catchy as Breathless and Calling, I mean I fell for those the first I heard them, but then again I'm happy that they try something new and cannot wait until the whole version is released!!!

It's fun to see them developing!! :)

Endless game

The new single for Arashi will be called ENDLESS GAME, also it's the theme song for Sakurai's new drama Kazoku game!
According to info online it will be a "cool, up-tempo" song with minute divisions for singing parts"
Sounds very interesting to me! :)

My new excitement is this drama, starring my fave Arashi member SAKURAI SHO!

I have already watched a few previews, it looks interesting, and just like Sho-kun said "he will show a new side of him", and I'm anticipating it!! He's really growing when it comes to acting, from being a lost student to slightly more aggressive and more adult-like.

Also, I wonder when they will announce the title song, it should be an Arashi song otherwise I will be extremely sad and disappointed (^^;;)

Plot
Based on Honma Yohei’s award-winning novel of the same name, and it has been adapted into live-action movies several times. This new version will feature some modern problems like bullying and school refusal.

Yoshimoto is an eccentric home teacher and when he starts teaching the second son of the Numata family. While being tossed around by the weird and unconventional home tutor, the remedial student and his family gradually start changing.


When Sho-kun was younger, junior high and high school, he used to have a home tutor himself and during the press con he commented: "I hope to reflect on my memories from those days into the drama, and I want to make it a drama that gives you a tingly feeling while watching it with your family.” and “I’m already excited that I will be able to show a new side of me.”

Arashi weekend

Although i had to study yesterday i decided to make it more fun by playing my Arashi dvd on high volume, my parents weren't too happy but they had no choice.
Dad watched it with me for quite some time before he left to important things XD

I cannot wait until the new popcorn tour dvd is released! ^^

I want more of Sho-kun, I'm addicted to his T.A.B.O.O solo song ^^
Also MJ the DJ ^^

why can't i watch Arashi every day? Why do i have to work? Why do i have to study?

Creepy

I'm a fan of Arashi, but this creeps me out.

Memory lane...

The past days I have been watching episodes from some of my fave Japanese tv-dramas.

1.山田太郎ものがたり (Yamada Taro Monogatari) starring Arashi's Ninomiya Kazunari and Sakurai Sho, and Tabe Mikako. (2007)

2. Kimi wa Petto starring Koyuki and Arashi's Matsumoto Jun. (2003)

I still remember when I watched them for the first time I watched them, it's kinda amazing how much time that has passed since then....
I feel old, yet young. These dramas take me back to my teens ^^

Ohno: I’m not a girl, so I don’t know… But if I had to choose, I guess it’s Aiba-chan. Why? Because our eyes just met [laughs].

Sakurai: It’s me right! Work hard, play hard & eat well. These are my selling points [laughs].

Aiba: I want to try dating all 4 of them for one week each [laughs]. I want to go fishing with Riida, get Sho-chan to teach me about politics, play video games with Nino & go shopping with MatsuJun.

Ninomiya: If I had to choose, I guess it’s myself? But dating with me might have lots of disadvantages [laughs].

I'd like to try to date all but Nino... don't ask me why but to me, he'd take me to a game center or manga cafe :P and probably bore me out.
Riida would take me fishing or walk in a park. I'd really like to see him trying his best on a date.
Sho-chan would plan everything in detail, however as he's planning, if we'd be late he'd probably show his unhappy face about it making me annoyed :P
Aiba-kun would probably tire me out, like a child, but he'd sure make me laugh.
Matsujun would probably take me to an amusement park, movie then dinner... I think it'd be normal yet he'd make it memorable!!

Red+Purple

I forgot to mention that I got them... the limited goods.
My friends were kind enough to get me other goods at their concerts however the earphone jackets were always sold out.
But I managed to get them online through a very good seller!! :)

and I got my favourite ones, Red + Purple....or Sho-chan and Matsujun ^^

I said this morning I'd buy some stuff when I got home...
I kept my promise :P
I bought both Arashi's Arafes dvd and Shinhwa's 2012 Grand Tour in Seoul - The Return dvd.
Both Korean editions.... Although I wanted to support Arashi in Oricon, it's sooo expensive and Korean version is still official. and keep them popular in Korea ^^

I cannot wait until I get them... I know dad will watch Arafes with me ^^

家族ゲーム

Kyaaa.... it has been some time since Sho-kun was in a drama so this is happy news!
The drama he will be starring in is called "Family Game" and is a remake of the drama and movie from the 1980's.
It will start airing in April!! so a spring drama..... ^^
