Becoming Hello Kitty

In December while being in Japan I mentioned the about the Hello Kitty Narikiri Face Packs.

I was lucky to be able to find them in the Sanrio/Hello Kitty store in Odaiba ^^ (although the info said they were only sold in the store in Tokyo Tower. And, I did not find them at Kiddy Land in Harajuku. Which was my first stop as it's a very famous place for most characters)

I tried one of them on right before sleep the other day, I have to say, I like it.. although it's no difference from a normal white one, it still felt fun to look a bit like Kitty-chan.

At Tokyu Hands I also saw some with Kabuki masks, animals etc, but well all of these were quite pricey compare to the normal ones, so it felt like a bit more luxury, and maybe not needed?

Anyway, I'd like to share some photos so you can see how they look in real life ^^

I look dead in the photos, I used them right after a super hard work out session and I was so tired I fell asleep with the mask on 5 min after I had taken the photos (^^;;)

I was lucky to find these 50% off! I love Emporium's fashion.

But like I said the other day, it's not easy to find the store! So whenever I do I try to buy a lot.

These short pants are a great combination of business and casual! I love the simple design yet sophisticated!

I was lucky to find it in size M, as L was too big. Lots of things in the sale corner were only available in one of the sizes and I really wanted these in beige! ^^

Slowly making progress

I lost a lot of my strength during my vacation, but I'm on my way back, slowly but it's coming.

I reached over 43 km the other week... it should be better tonight (I hope).

I also checked out my name of the gym's WALL OF FAME the other day.^^ 

I found my name on second place on the "Rowing Machine - max. distance in 5 min".

I could row 1196 meters, not too bad ^^ but my PT told me to aim for number 1 next time...haha

スヌード付チェスターコート

The second coat I bought in Japan, was this one. In Navy.

This one as well has a simple design yet fits for many occasions.

Also, it came with this red muffler.

Emporium is also one of my fave stores, however it's not as easy to find. I felt bad for my friend who had to wait for me when seriously trying on half of the store.

I was lucky that many items were on sale, I even think the sales clerk though I was mad as I bought so many things!! During the upcoming days I'll share my purchases from this store! ^^

I cannot wait until spring comes and I can wear this!

14.AW エンジェル刺しゅうリボン付きストール

Ank Rouge is one of the stores in Japan with the most cute items I'd say, it's a lot of girly girly stuff.

And although I find many things cute and I want them, I think I'm too old to wear them, at least here in Sweden.

However As for this item, I think it's a good combination, it's cute, yet it works ^^

I have received many looks from people on the train since I came home, I'd say it's ALL because of the ribbon. I believe people do not know how it's attached, since it's a muffler/scarf.

I love it, it was my first purchase in Japan last month, I had already spotted it out online before going so I knew I wanted it ^^ And luckily they had my colour. I chose this pink one!

ウロボロス

Can I say that this drama caught my attention because of the three main actors?

The time slot is so-so I guess, but still it doesn't matter for me.

I look forward seeing this drama, my first of 2015. It's fun to see Ikuta Toma and Oguri Shun again, but if completely different roles from last time ^^

Also, to kick off the year, Arashi is making the theme song, a bit unexpected, yet I do not complain. What I have heard so far of the song I like ^^

I hope I can follow the drama along the original broadcast, we'll see what happens ^^

매드클라운 did a comeback a few weeks ago.
Recently I find myself listen more to other kind of Korean music than the usual Kpop. I think my KPOP days are over.
After SHINee, I have seriously NO idea who the groups/members are. XD
Anyway back to this track, it's kinda slow, and I think the reason I was attracted to it is that I have heard it before somewhere.
Not exactly the same thing but something similar. I just do not have the idea where it's from.

Oh well, this is kinda similar to the navy knit I got from Ingni as well, but still slightly different.

Not only the prints but also the bottom part, it's more like a shirt so it's kinda stiff and you need to iron it after washing.

As you can see, it's an item that you can mix, it can be both casual and more business ^^

目黒 とんかつ とんき

During our stay in Tokyo last month, auntie T and uncle M took me and dad to a great Tonkatsu place near Meguro station, it's called "Tonki".

It was super crowded and we ended up sitting at the counter, they had up to 90 seats. While waiting they asked whether we wanted ロース (Sirloin) or ヒレ (Fillet). Uncle, auntie and dad took fillet but I chose sirloin.

It was so delicious, as we were sitting by the counter we could see them cook. It was a great experience. And now I know how they could get it so crispy! Normally I only dip it in egg and crumbles once, but here they did it aprox. 5 times!!

Their miso soup was also to die for, they gave me extra serving for free ^^

I def. recommend you to go here if you are a Tonkatsu fan and are around Tokyo area!!!

Each time he cut the katsu he had an intense look. So awesome ^^

It's so simple yet fits to so many occasions ^^

I chose this navy white colour because of many reasons, one it was the best one in my opinion. second, it won't get dirty as easily, and there are MANY more.

Sing it Loud

First was 三代目 J Soul Brothers and now it's time for GENERATIONS from EXILE TRIBE.
I'm not sure which sub unit I like the most, I guess it's difficult because of the different genres (^^;;)

I guess this year is going to be a busy year for all EXILE members!!

I got this as one of the final items in Japan. It was on sale too so it was a must have. I had already spotted it in Tokyo but had decided to wait until Osaka as my suitcase was already PACKED!!

I got the Wine Red colour, to match with the skirt I also bought, I will show it another day.

Anyway as said, I think I could have bought 89% of the Lowrys Farm collection this season. I really loved their clothes. I think it was good that I had a limit in my suitcase otherwise I would have had bought more.

Besides from the simple design, I like that you can take of the collar and it's made from a stretch material that's also very comfortable ^^

기술자들

The literal translation means The Technicians but the movie is also known under following English titles - The Con Artists and Criminal Designer, which kinda fits considering the plot.

I wouldn't say it was the best movie I have seen, it was kinda predicable and sorta slow here and there. Yet, it's not bad to look at Kim Woo-Bin.

I'm still happy I saw it. I saw the first screening of the day so it was very cheap and it was only 4 other people at the cinema so it was very calm.

There were many different effects used and it kinda felt like a typical Korean story with the "Maffia" involved.

Hello Kitty Non-alcohol drink!

In Osaka at one of many supermarkets I found this in the alcohol section.

However this one is alcohol free!! But it tastes like Ume-shu.

I bought one because it looked so cute and I wanted to try if it was good without alcohol.

It sure was!! I wish we'd have this kind of drink in Sweden, sometimes it's nice to have a non-alcohol cocktail, also a cute one is a PLUS ^^

JAL airplane food

I thought I posted this already, seems like I forgot.

Better late than never right?

I have NEVER been a fan of airplane food, because well, not only does it look horrible it also tastes horrible.

However I think I have found one good company. I have always been satisfied with their food between Japan and Korea. And this time I was lucky to travel with them from Helsinki to Narita (Tokyo).

During the flight they were generous with foods and drinks.

Also, take a look at what we were served.

For dinner I had a chicken dish with potatoes and veggies. 

This is how airplane food ALWAYS should be.

I had green tea to accompany the dish!

Everything was delicious!!!

And....

After the meal we were given this as dessert!

(I should add, also Finnair gave us Häagen-Dazs ice cream on the flight from Seoul to Helsinki)

Then at breakfast we were served this, it was kinda plain, but at least it looked eatable ^^

I was truly impressed, I also got miso soup but forgot to take a photo of it (^^::)
