In the end after all kimchi making we also made japche and some cucumber kimchi, as we had lots of kimchi marinade left!
Anyway i cannot wait to try the kimchi, however that will be after i come back from my travel ^^

Kimchi factory
Today or yesterday since it's passed midnight, i went to a friends house and we turned it into a kimchi factory! It was fun ^^ and it tasted awesome, fresh and all, which means it will taste awesome when it has digested enough ^^
In the end after all kimchi making we also made japche and some cucumber kimchi, as we had lots of kimchi marinade left!
Anyway i cannot wait to try the kimchi, however that will be after i come back from my travel ^^
