FINE FLOWERS CLEANSING TONER (First Impression)

This is a "First Impression" review

A few weeks ago I said I was out of toner, then the local chain Kicks, similar to Sephora had a sale.
I picked this one up. The new item from L'oreal. Because it said it was for dry skin and had some ingredients that attracted me I decided to buy. The formula is quite thick compare to the others I have used, but it's really smooth on the skin. The bottle is quite big, 400ml so it will last for some time which is good :) But still as it has alcohol in it, we'll see. Anyway, so far I'm happily surprised about this I have to say and best part is that it's not drying my skin out.
However to give a full review I'd need to use it a lot more I think :)
