This morning it said sunny and maybe some clouds, thats all.... during lunch it was windy but sunny!
However 10 min after I stepped inside it got gray and the rain poured down my office window!!
Now it looks a bit better but still... of all days, I had to leave my umbrella at home, guess who will leave this office wet!! unless it stops!
Today even though I have my "broken" leg I'll try to go to the gym, not sure if it will work out but I'll try my best!!

Massage
I haven't had a massage for almost a year now, as it cost quite alot in Sweden and being a student isn't really helping the economical situation.
Anyway, this final week at work we had an opportunity to have one so I grabbed it, and started my day with a massage, OMG it felt AWESOME ^^
However I'm also tired now, I kinda just woke up... XD
And today after work I'll go to the gym with my "broken" leg, wish me good luck!
In the end... my back and neck feels great!! I wish I could have one of these every month :)

Changed my mind
Not sure what to believe and the real truth will probably never see the day of light.
However to end it like this shows that something is wrong.
From this day forward I will see Kpop group T-ara differently!
No matter if Hwayoung is at fault, the other members should have stayed quiet and not "bully" her on stage so that the public noticed. Then she could just have had left quietly without this media circus!
She is still not as professional as the other members and have things to learn - how to behave and what's acceptable and not, still to let her go like this isn't right!!
She needs to become a woman and let go of her childish style, however that's a question for the management and parents.
Also by letting her go without any action from the company makes people wonder who's at fault?! or maybe they don't want to have a story like SM's DBSK and Super Junior?!
Still is sad that it end this way for both Hwayoung and T-ara as many people will doubt them as a team and their agency will face a hard time.
Also for the new members Ahreum and Dani, this will not be easy!!
Hope Hwayoung finds another agency and people to work with because she has tallent!!

Ouch...
Today the sun is shining so I decided to take another walk around the lake.. however when I had been walking for 35 min I suddenly walked off the road a bit, since cars kept on passing me. Yesterday it rained so much it made holes in the road!! and in the end where I was walking too the road went soft and before I knew it I fell down the road and injured my leg.
I managed to fall on THE spot I've injured myself so much in the days and my doctor has told me not to hurt myself again!!
I also managed to injure my hand a bit as I used it to kinda ease the fall....
I had my phone with me so I called my parents and my dad came with the car to pick me up :)
Anyway now I'm stuck inside and my leg keeps on bleeing and hurting (T_T)

Just in time
I felt that I needed to exercise so I decided to take a walk around the lake up here, it takes about 1h and 30min to walk around it. it felt really nice and I had my mp3 with me so it made the walk feel like nothing ^^
However when I had about 5 min to our house it started to rain so I ran home...
Now it's like a huge hole in the sky and the rain won't stop falling. Thunder also came to visit, so I wonder how our BBQ will go... my dad is outside grilling but my relatives are nowhere to be found, probably scared of going out ^^;;
Hmm... I'm hungry and wonder how this night will end....

Weekend and wine!

London Olympics 2012
It all begins tonight, totally excited because it's the time where you can follow sports you usually NEVER see on tv.
I'm most excited to follow Trampoline, Gymnastics - Artistic, Gymnastics - Rhythmic, Handball, Taekwondo, Fencing, Swimming, Diving and Table Tennis!
I wonder if I will be able to follow them, since I work and all..
Anyway tonight at 10pm I know I'll be sitting infront of my tv ^^
what to do now!?
With the 2012 London Olympics beginning on July 27, many variety programs and drama will be cancelled to air the games instead.
We Got Married and Running Man will be canceled on July 28 and 29
A Gentleman’s Dignity will air at the earlier time of 9:30 pm on July 28 but will postpone its last episode until further notice.
Ghost will be canceled until August 8 and 9, when the finale will take place.
ONLY Dr. Jin will continue to air.

2NE1 released a statement of what goods they will be selling at their concert, I was surprised to see it was so many things, it felt like a Japanese band and not Korean XD
They had some things I like but they do not sell online, only pick-up at the venue so it's a shame, still I'll save money.
I wish I could see them this year since I missed out on it last year, but what to do..

I wanna colour my hair
I'm bored with my haircolour, I want a change, I want something new... but what?

Sunshine and food
The sun is FINALLY shining in my Stockholm!!
And for lunch I went out with 2 co-workers, we ended up having Thai food, not my fave food, but we went to a good restaurant so it was ok ^^
Now back to work...half day left and 1,5 weeks left on my contract!

런닝맨
Last night I felt bored...so I re-watched some episodes from previous Running Man.Besides from last weeks show, with the Idol team (Super Junior‘s Eunhyuk, 2PM‘s Nichkhun, MBLAQ’s Lee Joon, B2ST‘s Doojoon, CNBLUE‘s Yonghwa, T-ara‘s Eunjung, and ZE:A‘s Siwan.)
It was hilarious... and I want to do that kinda of game someday XD
It was fun to see them all fighting and all the support they got from fans etc. Running Man is such fun show!
Besides from that show I re-watch the Christmas show starring Super Junior's Siwon and actor Kim Min Jong, from the Athena time. Grown up in a toystore (actually a huge supermarket...) anyway I enjoyed this so much and I burst of laughter XD
\Tonight I think I'll watch the ep with Sulli, MinHo, Siwon..and other idols.
plus the episode with DBSK's Yunho and Changmin ^^

Arashi FESTIVAL
JE announced on July 20th that Arashi will be holding its concert in Tokyo on September 20 and 21. It’s confirmed that the 2013 concert will also be held at the venue before it closes for a large-scale renovation in preparation for a bid to host the 2020 Summer Olympics. (A year a head..still excited XD)
The title of this years tour is no other than "AraFes" which is short for Arashi Festival, As most of you already know....The concert repertoire will be centered around a list of songs voted by fans!! This is the first time that fans requests are incorporated into the concert and the idea came from Arashi members themselves.
It has also been reported that
Aiba chan, Riida and Matsujun were in New York at the end of June, gathering ideas for their live concert by attending Broadway musicals and Cirque Du Soleil’s Zarkana.
So I guess we can expect something huge, since Matsujun was involved... and I say.. Sho-chan, do it for the fans even if it means hights XD

아름다운 그대에게
I loved the Japanese FIRST season of the drama with Oguri Shun, Horikita Maki and Ikuta Toma, I love the manga too.. ^^
And now it's time for the Korean version, it does seem stupid to re-watch all the dramas but cannot help it, I wanna see Sulli and Minho ^^
Also I hope it'll be good, I saw 1 ep of the Taiwanese and 1 of season two of the Japanese one and hated them so..

Puha...
So I went to the gym earlier today, totally pumped out...
Ran 14 km and walked to and back from the gym, so in total I guess I did 17 km!!
Obviously I got super hungry and when I came home I ate the left overs from yesterdays tacos ^^ still as good as yesterday ^^
Soon time to meet with a friend I havent seen for 1,5 months, since she has been in China and Taiwan.
Is looking forward to it even though I'm super tired ^^;;

The Queen of K-pop is back, it has been almost 2 years since her Hurricane Venus. It feels like yesterday I saw her live on SBS Inkigayo, still it feels like forever I moved from Korea to Sweden.
Anyway it's nice to have BoA back! and in Korean this time too ^^ Not that her Japanese songs are bad, but I prefer her in Korean ^^

Food ^^
Last night I got a craving for tacos so I asked my brother if we could have it for lunch today, just my luck my brother was craving for it too ^^

It's healthy with all the veggies, love all the spices!!
So today I had to do lots of house work, still got a great lunch, so cannot really complain ^^

Nishiki Rice
Since a few years back my family always buy Nishiki rice, it's the best ^^
And a few days ago I went passed one of the local Japanese supermarkets and found this, one service rice box from Nishiki. And I felt I had to try it..
And since they had both regular white one and brown, I had to go for the brown ^^
It was good, still I think I prefer the white one, next time I should mix it ^^

Booked
We finally booked an hotel for our stay in Copenhagen, very central next to the Central station... and red light district... not our fault it\s in the same area XD
Anyway we'll also get breakfast which is good.
I'm so excited about this trip and it will also be the first with Sandra :)

Shinhwa Broadcast 120714
My weekend is filled with Korean shows, dramas and varity shows.
Shinhwa Broadcast or Shinhwa TV, whatever you want to call it... really bright up my day XD
They do so much fun and stupid things, I bet they love to go to work and shooooooot this show ^^
Last weekend they did a parody of the K-drama "A Gentlemans Dignity".
Where they had to battle each other, in 2 teams.
Eric, MinWoo and JunJin vs HyeSung, Andy and DongWan.
I loved the part where each team had to send a member and battle, who's the best one to do a blinddate, proposal and breakup. Then the panel of judges from each age (10,20,30~70) judged who was the best....
Andy, a true gentleman and a shy.. I wished he'd been more like he was on WGM but I guess u cannot have it all.
MinWoo was cute when he said he had never been on a blinddate and during it he was so funny as he was so honest regarding all his answers XD even the members couldn't stop laughing.
Eric's proposal, he asked his "gf" what her name was then after 2 min.. Marry me XD he acted it out, I laughed it and thought it was a true Eric moment!
JunJin t was maybe the best, being totally whacko XD shouting at her, throwing his clothes and shoes at her.. etc he really blowed ^^
Is already looking forward to next week...

I cannot catch a break
When I want a job and search for one I cannot find one..
Then now, when I'm soon about to leave the country for my studies abroad I get offers from BIG companies!!!!! All the jobs sounds exciting and awesome, I'd jump at them in a sec.
But I have to turn them down!! All of them!!
Why is it that I cannot seem to catch a break!? (T__T)

Cinema time
Tomorrow I'm meeting up with a friend, she invited me to see a new movie.
She got tickets to the pre-screening ^^
It's a Swedish movie and I have seen most of them that have been shown on tv so it will be fun to see it the big screen.

무적자 (2010)
Yesterday I was looking around all my movies and found a few I haven't seen yet.
I bought them a year ago, but I haven't had the time to watch them. So of the ones I found I decided to watch the movie called 무적자 (aka. A better tomorrow), the remake of the HK movie from 1986. I bought it because of the male cast... 3 of them XD
As usual I like action movies a lot so it was a good one, a typical Korean gangster movie I'd say ^^
It was worth watching and great ending on my Sunday!!

Plot
Kim Hyuk is a detective in the South Korean National Police Agency, having escaped from North Korea as a teenager. Unbeknownst to his superiors, he also works as an illegal arms smuggler with his best friend and partner in crime, Lee Young-Choon, who also defected from the North.
Hyuk has a younger brother, Chul, whom he was forced to leave behind (along with their mother) during his escape. Guilt-ridden over leaving his brother behind, Hyuk has spent the past few years searching for his brother. Eventually, he finds Chul in an internment camp but Chul resents Hyuk for leaving behind the family to escape. It is then revealed that their mother was killed sometime after Hyuk's escape.
Hyuk goes to Thailand to complete an arms deal, accompanied by Jung Tae-Min, a new member of the smuggling operation. However they were double-crossed by Jung and the Thai gang. Jung escapes, while Hyuk is captured and sentenced to prison for three years. After reading about Hyuk's capture in the newspaper, Lee finds the Thai gangster in a massage parlor and kills him and his henchmen. However, in the ensuing gunfight, he is shot in the knee and crippled....

should parents buy and give them or not?
In Sweden we have to be 20 to buy from the store, 18 at clubs.
Instead of focussing on the age, think about the Swedish mentality when it comes to drinking!
I'd say that's the issue we need to tackle!

change colour
I really want to change my hair colour, and i found this photo with a colour i like! but i can't, or i don't want to spend the amount of money that they take for it here in Sweden!
Also i have my fave hairdresser in Seoul, South Korea! XD i know i can't go there just to have it done, but i can add it to my list of things i gonna do when i go there next year!
as my friends said, my natural colour is nice...
and i have been colouring it since i was 13 so maybe it's time to let the natural colour out, just this once XD

This weekend is soon coming to an end, just a hours left, I'm gonna end it with a movie.
I wish it was one day more, but time passes faster and faster these days!
This week will be busy, not only go to the gym but I'll also meet some friends.... ^^

Today's work out!
Yesterday I had lots of fun, great talk and delicous food. So today I went back to the gym..
So I managed to do 17 km and over a 1000 kcal!! It felt great, and now I'm exhausted XD
Gonna cook a very late lunch then do laundry, my brother said he'd help but he's not back from yesterday's party so I guess it's me and all the dirty clothes (^^;;)

Great Saturday ^^
오늘 윤정언니가 울 집에 와서 같이 요리 했음. 떡볶이와 김밥을 만들었다. 넘 맛있었당ㅋㅋ
슈퍼에서 맛있는 초코 무스 데저트를 샀고요ㅋㅋ
완전 좋은 토요일날 되었네ㅎㅎ 캐나다에 가기전에 다시 한번 만나야겠네^^

It was totally delicous, we also bought some chocomousse at the supermarket for dessert. I hope we can do it one more time before I leave for Canada!!!

Copenhagen here we come!
Today we, me and Sandra, booked our tickets to Copenhagen!!
Gonna stay just for 2 days but it will be a nice vacation, I hope we'll have good weather too ^^

Story
Padam Padam is a fantasy/melodrama about a convict name Yang Kang-chil (Jung Woo Sung) who serves 16 years in prison for a murder he didn't commit. His innocent nature is protected by his best friend and 'guardian angel' Gook-soo (Kim Bum). Prior to his release he experiences a near-death event and only survives thanks to a miracle. Gook-soo explains that Kang-chil will have three near-death miracles and he will only survive them if he learns from the experience.
After his release, Kang-chil becomes a carpenter and falls in love with Jang Ji-na (Han Ji Min) a veterinarian described as a 'selfish woman'. Despite her selfishness, Ji-na is irrevocably drawn to Kang-chil and falls deeply in love with him. However, things take a turn for the worse when it is revealed that Ji-na's uncle was the victim in Kang-chil murder case. In order to prove his innocence Kang-chil desperately seeks evidence that will bring the real murderer, Chan-gul (Kim Joon Sung), to justice and also save his relationship with Ji-na.

What's wrong with people
Sometimes I'm surprised how some people live...
I talked to someone trying to explain what a TELEPHONE JACK is.. it took 45 min!! It was a grown man too!! If you don't know what it is... it's b a d!!!
When I came home last night I saw a notice on the door to our trashbag recyle room or what to call it.
For some reason som stupid *sob* throw his trash bags on the floor instead of the HUGE green boxes like everyone else!! Because of that we might get rats...
How difficult can it be? it's not full or anything and ALL OTHERS have put theirs in the boxes so why put his/hers on the floor!?
Seriously what's wrong with people!! How do they think or live?!
We usually say use common sense, it seems they are lacking all of theirs!!
