So here i thought i had done everything right. i had asked several times and i got cleared.
Then today when checking in for my connecting flight to Sweden i got in trouble!
According to BA, i was supposed to give them a voucher for my second luggage, Air Canada was supposed to give me one which they didn't.
So sent back and forth between the two companies, i got frustrated and pissed off!
i have been calling both companies since October so in my opinion this shouldn't have happened.
Air Canada sucks, no help what so ever! they advised me to pay an additional fee for my luggage to BA then when coming back home call the Air Canada office to reclaim my money!
i told them it's ridiculous and i probably wouldn't see that money again.
I wanted to slap the woman at the Air Canada counter, i have never met such rude Canadian before! stupid Air Canada!
The most ironic part is that, throughout my HRM class this previous semester we have been talking about the difference between WestJet and Air Canada. i never thought it could be that bad. NOW I KNOW why!!!!!!
Back to what happened, i went back to BA, they explained everything again, and i said i had it up to here with this, as i have been contacting their offices around the world for the past two months.
because of my frustration my tears came out, then this head for the BA department came and also he got angry with Air Canada.
In the end he waived my payment for the luggage and let me go.
so now I'm sitting by the gate waiting to board my flight to London!!!
A happy ending of a kind.
Still from the bottom of my heart i hope that Air Canada will go bankrupt in the very near future!!!!!
