Before I haven't been very happy about the Scandinavian Airlines aka SAS.
But today I got a very happy surprise and it made me think differently about them!!
You see, earlier today I got a mail from SAS customer service, they have deposit 1200EUR on my bank account as compensation for our 6 h delayed arrival outbound flight!! This means I went to Japan last month for FREE!!! Thanks SAS and EU for at least having some beneficial laws!! ^^
It totally made my day!!!
